During the third UBC TALKS webinar, we discussed about the possible benefits, obstacles and motivation for CDP disclosure. The city representatives shared their concrete tips for starting the disclosure in 2020 for UBC cities that have not yet disclosed to CDP platform.

The five CIVITAS ECCENTRIC partner cities Madrid, Stockholm, Munich, Ruse and Turku are preparing to proudly present the project’s outcomes and results of over 50 measures and the lessons learned from four years’ experience. In addition to final publications, series of videos and some creative art projects, also last minute measures are being carried out, such as the car sharing pilot, e-mobility plan and cycling barometer in the ECCENTRIC city of Turku. 

UBC member cities of Riga (Latvia), Pärnu (Estonia) and Gdansk (Poland) are participating in an interesting project that aims to minimise the emissions of hazardous substances from the urban areas in our region.

The upcoming mid-term e-publication summarizes the findings and results of the project so far. It serves as an example of an innovative way to respond to the challenges related to climate change via a cross-sectorial approach.
