World Congress “Smart City Expo” in Barcelona on 15-17 November 2016.

The beginning of November in Sweden will be lightened by the major annual event for the EU in the Baltic Sea Region: the 7th Strategy Forum of the EUSBSR held at the Brewery Conference Centre in Stockholm. The Conference’s programme is tight to fit dozens of events into two days (8-9 November 2016).

On 26-28 October 2016, the City of Freiburg (Germany) will welcome everyone to participate in the annual conference on sustainable urban development. The theme of this year is Energising the Smart City and Region, and the event is organized together with the City of Basel (Switzerland) and ICLEI Europe.

This event brings together everyone working with sustainability in real estate, architecture, construction and urban planning. This year's conference addresses how the built environment can actively contribute to sustainable living and a more stable climate.

The CIVITAS FORUM Conference 2016 will be organized on 28-30th of September in Gdynia, Poland, with the theme "Shaping the mobility of tomorrow". The event will gather hundreds of CIVITAS stakeholders from around Europe, all of whom are devoted to the development of sustainable urban mobility in their cities. The three-days programme of the conference will offer collaborative workshops, state-of-the-art presentations and interesting site visits.

The Symposium “The Road from Paris: Implementing Climate Change Management and Strategies in Cities and Municipalities in the Baltic Sea Region” is being organized by Uppsala University, Sweden and HAW Hamburg, Germany in the Baltic University Programme (BUP), together with Union of Baltic Cities (UBC), and Uppsala municipality under the auspices of the International Climate Change Information Programme (ICCIP). Cooperation partners include the Council of European Regions and Council of Baltic Sea States (CBSS).

The 20th European Conference on Mobility Management - ECOMM 2016 will take place from 1st-3rd of June 2016, hosted by the Municipality of Athens and the Universities of Thessaloniki and Piraeus
