All sectors need to be on board in reaching each one of the ambitious targets, which cover a very wide range of topics. In the UBC Sustainability Action Programme 2030, strengthening of the implementation of the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan in cities is listed as one of the actions to empower and reach water-smart cities.
