The Energy Week focuses on renewable energies, smart energy, gas energy and energy storage. Topics of interest include digitalization, batteries and storage, circular economy, future smart cities, energy regulation, business and innovation. Cleantech Forum Europe is held in Tallinn, Estonia on November 14-16, 2023. The participants form a diverse group of start-ups, scale-ups, investors, corporates, government and even more. The forum will focus on the most relevant topics of today, lead by experts with ideas on how to create cleaner world. The conference in Palanga will bring UBC together to discuss how to support Ukrainian cities and their eventual reconstruction. Presentations, discussions, and workshops prepared by the UBC Commissions will provide new ideas and inspire the UBC and its member cities to cooperate with a new impetus.

As the first of the four Macro-Regional Strategies in Europe, the Baltic Sea Region Strategy has always been a front-runner, be it innovation ecosystems, sustainability-oriented citizens, or energy security goals.
