Interactive workshops, panel discussions, and seminars invite participants to discuss challenges and to elaborate on solutions. Central to the forum, policy dialogues address the strategic objectives of the EUSBSR. The conference in Palanga will bring UBC together to discuss how to support Ukrainian cities and their eventual reconstruction. Presentations, discussions, and workshops prepared by the UBC Commissions will provide new ideas and inspire the UBC and its member cities to cooperate with a new impetus.

As the first of the four Macro-Regional Strategies in Europe, the Baltic Sea Region Strategy has always been a front-runner, be it innovation ecosystems, sustainability-oriented citizens, or energy security goals.
