Join us in Gdańsk on 25–26 November 2026 for the Climate Resilience Roadshow, an international event designed to equip cities with the knowledge, tools, and connections to strengthen urban resilience and prepare for an uncertain future!

Cities across Europe are facing increasingly complex risks, from climate impacts and extreme weather events to economic uncertainty, demographic change, and geopolitical disruptions. Building resilience is no longer a future ambition, but a present-day necessity.

On 25–26 November 2026, we launch a discussion, workshopping and co-creation space on this topic! The programme of the conference in Gdańsk is tailored for local and regional authorities and involves experts and local stakeholders from the Baltic Sea Region to explore both strategic and practical approaches to climate resilience.

Participants can expect:

  • Expert presentations for better understanding of urban climate resilience and approaches to it;
  • Inspiring city cases with experiences, solutions and lessons learned, including a site visit;
  • Interactive exchange formats, including a World Café featuring digital tools that cities and citizens can take into use to address climate-related challenges;
  • Curated cross-sectoral discussions on climate adaptation, risk preparedness, and resilience planning.

Whether your city is just beginning its resilience journey or already implementing adaptation measures, the Climate Resilience Roadshow offers a unique opportunity to learn from peers, exchange experiences, and embed resilience thinking into everyday governance and decision-making!

Save the date and join us in Gdańsk on 25–26 November 2026. Registration details and programme information will follow soon.
