The report on Lifelong Learning and Wastewater Treatment in the Baltic Sea Region describes the state of the art, opportunities and challenges in sustainable lifelong learning for wastewater treatment operators in the Baltic Sea Region.
This report is based on the capacity development actions implemented in the IWAMA project aimed at increasing the opportunities for lifelong learning in the field of the wastewater management, particularly for WWTP operators. Capacity building in the project was fulfilled through sharing and developing of expertise, exchanging methods to deliver and receive knowhow, researching national synergies and increasing international interactivity. The report aims to provide new perspectives for the future training opportunities.
