Ms. Dagmara Nagórka-Kmiecik is a Deputy Director of Environmental Department of the City of Gdansk and she has been a member of the UBC SCC Advisory Board for many years.

Ms. Nagórka-Kmiecik has worked with environmental protection from 1995 and focused on different topics in her tasks: waste management, air protection, investigation of environmental conditions for implementing investments, climate protection and biodiversity.
