We are happy to announce that the 2025 disclosure cycle of the CDP-ICLEI Track is opening on 18 June!

We are happy to announce that the 2025 disclosure cycle of the CDP-ICLEI Track is opening tomorrow on June 18! We warmly invite all UBC member cities to seize the opportunity to disclose their environmental data and help track climate action progress across the Baltic Sea Region, highlighting both mitigation and adaptation efforts. It supports mutual learning, showcases local leadership, and enables cities to inspire and support one another.

By participating, your city can receive tailored feedback and support along the way. Submitting through the joint CDP-ICLEI platform also supports your city's efforts under the EU Mission on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities, and such climate initiatives and commitments like ICLEI, C40, WWF One Planet City Challenge, and the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy. You can also measure your progress in UN-backed campaigns such as Race to Zero and Race to Resilience.

This year, we also celebrate the dedication and consistency of UBC member cities – Turku and Malmö, both of which were named on the CDP A List 2024 in recognition of their outstanding climate performance and transparency.

Let’s keep the action going — disclose your climate data, share your progress, and join the growing network of frontrunners.

This year, the deadline for the disclosure to receive the score is the week of 15 September, and you can still disclose until the week of 17 November, albeit your data will not be scored.

For any questions or support in the process, feel free to reach out to cities.europe@cdp.net or book a time for an individual meeting with a CDP officer.
