UBC TALKS about EU Mission: Restore our Ocean and Waters

UBC community continues to explore the EU Missions, discover synergies and establish connections. On 28 May 2024, we launch the UBC TALKS webinar about the Mission Ocean!

With a 2030 target, the EU Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters" aims to protect and restore the health of our ocean and waters through research and innovation, citizen engagement and blue investments. The Mission’s approach addresses the ocean and waters as one and plays a key role in achieving climate neutrality and restoring nature.

What does it mean for the Baltic Sea Region, and how can cities protect their waters and pair active citizenship with sustainability awareness? Register to follow the discussion between the key actors of the region!
