In the second EUCF round an even larger number of cities and municipalities will be selected to benefit from tailor-made support and access the grant of €60,000 to develop an investment concept - an initial step towards a fully-fledged business and financial plan.

The call for applications will be open from 29 March to 31 May.

More detailed information about the EUCF can be found on the initiative’s website, soon also the revised guidelines and eligibility criteria will be available.

The EUCF encourages EU cities and municipalities to identify their sustainable energy projects, get in touch with their country experts and consult the website and/or helpdesk for any questions regarding the eligibility of their application.

Therefore, the EUCF encourages cities and municipalities to start identifying the most suitable sustainable energy projects and to get in touch with the respective country experts in March. In a second step, the documents should be prepared and checked.
