The CIVITAS ECCENTRIC project will be kickstarting its thematic webinar series next month with the first webinar focusing on vulnerable groups and gender issues in sustainable urban mobility planning.  The webinar will present examples from different cases, for example, UBC member city Umeå will share their experiences regarding how a city can create pleasant and safe public places and mobility for women.

The main case comes from the CIVITAS ECCENTRIC's living lab Vallecas in the City of Madrid, where they are testing how to improve the pedestrian, public transport and cycling conditions for the senior citizens and children/teenagers/students.

Join the webinar on Tuesday, 12 March 2019, at 14-15.30 CET  - all you need are the internet connection, computer and  headphones.
