As the reporting period of 2021 is about to be kicked off soon, CDP has already published their schedule for the spring webinars to guide your city through the reporting process. As there are usually two or three time slots for you to register for, please note the precise date and time for the webinar. The registration links with the date and time can be found in the info box.

  • Getting started with the CDP and ICLEI Unified Reporting System

New to the CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System? Join our webinar co-hosted by CDP and ICLEI to receive step-by-step guidance on how to access the joint questionnaire, answer each of the different types of questions we ask and tips on best practice. The webinar will explain how CDP and ICLEI can both support your city in its journey to a sustainable resilient future.

  • CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System - what's new this year

Please join CDP and ICLEI for this webinar kicking off the 2021 reporting period. Cities that have previously reported through the CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System will be particularly interested in this webinar as we will highlight the most recent changes to the Cities questionnaire and explain how our partnership makes reporting easier for your city.

  • The climate leadership journeys: CDP scores

What is CDP scoring? Join our webinar to learn more about why we score cities, the methodology that will be used to score cities in 2021, how we highlight cities leading in climate action and tools to improve on your previous score.

  • Getting the most from your 2021 climate reporting with WWF's One Planet City Challenge (OPCC)

WWF’s One Planet City Challenge (OPCC) is a friendly competition celebrating cities that are national and international frontrunners demonstrating ambitious climate actions. WWF will assess the alignment of cities’ climate actions, plans and targets with their fair share of the Paris Agreement and its goal to limit global warming to 1.5 °C. Cities wishing to participate in the One Planet City Challenge (OPCC) are invited to report their climate ambitions through CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System. This webinar will address the rationale, design, process and timeline of the initiative as well as how to use the reporting platform and successfully submit data to the OPCC.

  • Reporting to the Global Covenant of Mayors (GCoM) in 2021

The Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM) is the largest alliance for city climate leadership, uniting a global coalition of more than 10,000 cities and local governments who share a long-term vision of supporting voluntary action to combat climate change and moving towards a resilient and low-emission society. Interested in reporting to the Global Covenant of Mayors (GCoM) in 2021? Join us to learn about how to report your inventories and fulfil the requirements of the Common Reporting Framework (CRF) to qualify for GCoM badges. This webinar will also cover the 2021 validation process and we will run through the tools and guidance CDP and ICLEI provide to speed up the reporting process and to improve your data quality.
