The brochure introduces the CADS (Climate Action Decision Support) Tool, an open-source tool developed to help municipalities plan, assess and prioritise their climate actions in a transparent and evidence-based way. It allows for emissions and financial impact assessments, thereby supporting the principles of climate budgeting.
This tool was developed and tested within the Climate-4-CAST project, co-funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme.
