Extensive research has established that PFAS pose significant risks to both human health and the environment. Moreover, their persistence makes remediation efforts both technically challenging and financially burdensome. The EMPEREST project brings key messages about PFAS for decision-makers and practitioners!

There is a growing concern raised over the pollution caused by hazardous substances. Research shows that high concentrations of varied hazardous substances in the environment, including the water cycle, are harmful for human health and for ecosystems. The EMPEREST project shares solutions and tools developed within the three years of the project in an international consortium!
