Hard to believe, but we have to face it – after 4 years of intense work CIVITAS ECCENTRIC is coming to an end.
The five European cities Turku (FI), Stockholm (SE), Munich (DE), Madrid (ES) and Ruse (BG), together with a variety of supporting partners, have implemented 51 measures and tested innovative sustainable mobility solutions in the living laboratory areas.
During the European Urban Mobility Days, we organised a final session: moderated by our project officer Octavia Stepan (INEA), all site managers of the cities presented in pecha kucha presentations what they have achieved in their cities. Paula Land (ICLEI) presented how the ECCENTRIC results are already taken up and replicated in other cities around Europe.
To give some deeper insight to the project results and achievements, CIVITAS ECCENTRIC will end its project lifetime together with the CIVITAS sister projects DESTINATIONS and PORTIS during a 3 week event – CIVITAS Living Labs on Stage – Discover 16 European cities making better living and moving a reality.
From Oct 6th – 20th 2020 there will be 3 live sessions (Tuesdays 14.30 CET) as well as a rich collection of resources, videos, reports and detailed information about measures and results. We also organise an experimental conference dinner on Oct 13th, that you don't want to miss!
