Climate impacts, demographic change and growing security pressures are already affecting us and our communities. The tides are shifting, and so must we. The Forum offers a timely space to exchange experience, align priorities and strengthen cooperation across borders on resilience – how to withstand disruption, adapt and continue to function well when challenges occur, and bounce back better.

Cities need to increase their climate resilience with adaptation measures that serve the whole society – but how to make sure that no one is overlooked in the process? At the webinar on 26 May 2026, we discuss how to enable local communities and especially vulnerable groups to act in case of a crisis. You will learn different methods to increasing citizen awareness and understanding of climate risks and actions, and how to enable citizens to take active part in the planning.

We look forward to welcoming you in Turku for the hands-on training with the CADS Tool, organised with the Climate-4-CAST project. During this two-day module, we will present the free, open-source tool and its use cases in the partner cities. Most importantly, we will help you learn to use the tool first hand and offer practical guidance for its set-up, with support and advice from the partners.
