Ms Thea Ohlander Arfwidsson is head of the Program Unit at the Environmental Department of the City of Malmö. 

Ms Ohlander Arfwidsson has a Master of Science in Environmental engineering and more than 20 years of experience of working with climate and environmental issues, linked to innovation and sustainable development. As head of the Program unit in Malmö she enables testing and implementing new solutions for sustainable urban development, in close cooperation with other European cities.
