The webinar on 27 October 2020 continued exploring the topic of "Local work on the Sustainable Development Goals in UBC Cities", this time focusing on how cities can integrate SDGs in their strategies and what are the experiences of working with SDGs on local level.
Alice Siragusa from the European Commission Joint Research Centre started the webinar talking about examples of integrating SDG’s into strategies in Europe. Next we had examples from different member cities: Stephan Braun from the City of Greifswald, Ulf Simolin from the City of Mariehman, Olda Nord from the City of Malmö and Ville Taajamaa from the City of Espoo.
