Webinar: UBC TALKS about sustainable and multimodal mobility

The webinar opens up the topic "Change your way(s) – towards multimodal urban mobility in BSR cities".

Providing citizens with the possibility to choose different sustainable modes of mobility and to sensitize them to the fact that their choice matters – this is the aim of 10 Baltic Sea region cities in the cities.multimodal project. In this webinar, project partners share their overall experiences from the project, how it has influenced on their mobility activities and not the least – on their cities!

Lisa Wichmann and Steffen Nozon from the City of Rostock started the webinar with a presentation about the project cities.multimodal. Kristina Kobyz and Olga Iakimenko from the City of Pskov then presented with the topic: “How we started developing our first SUMP in Pskov”. Next, Kaspar Alev from the City of Tartu talked about how they started to measure multimodality in Tartu. Nika Kotovica from the City of Riga closed the webinar talking about how they started increasing multimodality in Riga.
