Project description
Based on the experiences of the Work Plans of Environment Cooperation between Finnish Cities and Saint Petersburg 2008-2011 the project focused on further development of user-friendly and motivating interactive education/awareness raising materials on environmental problems of the Baltic Sea by creating and redeveloping support materials for teachers, experts and other stakeholders carrying out environmental education and awareness raising of non-expert audiences.
Activities
- Development of a PowerPoint presentation with additional texts on the State of the Baltic Sea
- Development of a dilemma game and an interactive, location–based game for mobile phones and tablets.
- 10 short interviews with subtitles on the topic of the Baltic Sea, available on YouTube.
- Two seminars, one in St. Petersburg and one in Turku.
