Invitation to join SmartEnCity Network launch workshop (Tartu, Estonia)

SmartEnCity Network will be launched through a workshop on June 1, 2016 in Tartu (Estonia). The goal of the network is to help European small and medium-sized cities to become Smart Zero Carbon City forerunners.
