The UBC TALKS webinar on 30 November 2021 focused on the future trends in sustainable energy production, bringing policies presented by Energy Cities, as well as practices and examples from UBC member cities.
Erik Tellgren from Växjö Energy AB started the webinar presenting about Växjö Energi’s solutions to stop the climate crisis. Next, Māris Kānītis from Adven Latvia company continued talking about sustainable energy production in Valmiera municipality. Sini Lamoureux from the City of Turku presented about energy efficiency plans in Turku. Floriane Cappelletti from Energy Cities ended the webinar with a presentation about energy trends and policies influencing cities in the future.
